1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and digital products operated by Nutramarkt OÜ ("Appmarkt", "we", "us"), a company registered at Vesivärava tn 50-201, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 10152, Estonia, registry code (registrikood) 17225329. 2. What we sell

We develop and operate AI-powered consumer digital products — personalized plans, tools and guides — sold via one-time purchases and, where stated, subscriptions. Customers receive an AI-generated personalized deliverable immediately after purchase, on screen and by email.

3. Purchases and pricing

• All prices are shown before payment, including the amount, currency, and whether the charge is one-time or recurring.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• The charge on your card statement will appear as APPMARKT.BIZ. The merchant of record is Nutramarkt OÜ, Vesivärava tn 50-201, Tallinn 10152, Estonia, registrikood 17225329.
• A receipt is emailed to you after every successful payment.

4. Subscriptions (where applicable)

If a product is sold as a subscription, the following applies and is disclosed before checkout:

• The subscription amount, the billing period and the date of the first renewal charge are shown on the paywall and again at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
• Our current plans are: 1 week — USD 9.99 for the first 7 days, then USD 39.99 per month; 12 weeks — USD 49.99 for the first 3 months, then USD 89.99 every 3 months; 24 weeks — USD 79.99 for the first 6 months, then USD 129.99 every 6 months. All prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Your bank may add its own currency-conversion fee, which we do not receive.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval and price until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Renewal is taken from the payment method you used at checkout, and we email a receipt after every successful payment.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@appmarkt.biz from the address you used at purchase. We process cancellation requests within one business day and confirm by email, so you always have it in writing. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep the deliverables already sent to you and your online wardrobe stays open.
• If a renewal payment fails we retry it a small number of times. If it keeps failing the subscription ends and you are not charged again.
• If a free or discounted trial or introductory price is offered, its length and the full price charged afterwards are stated before you start.
• We will not change the price of a running subscription without telling you by email at least 14 days beforehand, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Our Subscription Policy repeats all of the above in one place, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out refunds in full.

5. Delivery of digital products

Your personalized deliverable is generated and made available on screen immediately after successful payment, and a copy is sent to the email address you provide. If you do not receive your deliverable, contact us and we will re-send it or refund you.

By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This does not affect our voluntary 14-day refund policy, which continues to apply.

6. Nature of AI-generated content

Our products provide AI-generated informational content and tools. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and we make no guarantees of any specific outcome. You are responsible for how you use the deliverables.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our products, attempt to disrupt our services, resell deliverables as your own commercial product, or provide inputs that are unlawful or infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

You own the personalized deliverable generated for you and may use it for personal purposes. The underlying software, brand, and website content remain the property of Nutramarkt OÜ.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before your next renewal.
