Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our promise

Every purchase must deliver real value immediately. If something went wrong — you didn't receive your deliverable, it was clearly broken, or it didn't match what was described — we will fix it or refund you.

2. One-time purchases

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing legal@appmarkt.biz from the email used at checkout.
  • If your deliverable was never generated or delivered, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.
  • For delivered products, tell us briefly what didn't meet your expectations; we will offer a regeneration of your deliverable or a refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time via the manage-subscription link in your purchase email or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges.
  • After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
  • If you were charged a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 14 days of that charge without having materially used the service in the new period, we will refund that renewal.
  • Trial terms, the first charge amount and its date are always shown before you start a trial.

4. How to reach us

Email legal@appmarkt.biz with your receipt or checkout email address. We respond within one business day. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost every issue faster directly.

5. Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer under EU/UK law.
