1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Product inputs: the answers you provide so our AI can generate your personalized deliverable.
• Photographs (optional): on some funnels you may choose to upload photographs of yourself. They are used for one purpose only — to render the hairstyles recommended in your personalized plan onto your own photograph — and are deleted as soon as that plan has been produced, and in any case within 48 hours. We do not use them for facial recognition or any other form of unique identification, we do not use them for advertising, and we never publish or share them beyond the AI provider that performs the rendering. The photo step is entirely optional: skipping it costs you only those renders, not the plan.
• Contact data: your email address, used to deliver your purchase and receipt.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata.
• Usage data: pages visited and basic analytics events (only if you consent to analytics cookies), plus traffic source (UTM) parameters.

3. Why we process it (legal bases under GDPR)

• Contract performance: generating and delivering your purchased product, sending receipts, providing support.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention (via Stripe Radar), improving our products.
• Consent: analytics cookies, any marketing emails, and any photographs you choose to upload (you can withdraw consent at any time; uploading a photograph is always optional).
• Legal obligation: tax and accounting records.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are set only if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data for this site.

5. Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• AI service providers — your product inputs, and any photograph you upload, are processed by our AI infrastructure providers (including OpenAI) solely to generate your deliverable; they are not used to train third-party models on an identified basis.
• Email delivery provider — to send your deliverable and receipts.
• Analytics provider — only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Product inputs and deliverables are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle support or refund requests, then deleted or anonymized. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.

Photographs are the exception and are kept far more briefly: they are deleted immediately once your personalized plan has been produced, and any photograph that is never used is deleted automatically within 48 hours of upload. The rendered images derived from them live only inside the plan document delivered to you.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR/UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent.
